Once again the weekend proved to be a great time for some coding: my Internet connection came back just in time to bring back some features that the Friend Finder was missing from a while (since we switched the forums software over at 360FriendSpot.com).
"Advanced options" for Friend Finder should be all set now! What are they? Here they are:
- Country: search in your own country only or worldwide
- Gamer zone: search in your own Xbox Live gamer zone only or any
- Score gap: set how many gamerscore points your potential friends should have
- Games List: set a provider for your favorite games. Right now this defaults to your most recently played games, and you can choose to pick your most played games - according to 360voice.com - or build your own list of 10 games to be used when looking for friends
How do you set these options, you may ask.. Just go straight to your profile page and look for the "Friend Finder tab", everything's there waiting for you. Pretty neat, isn't it? And once again I gotta thank Squidpunch, as I re-used most of the old code and adapted it to my current site software platform. Today was a good day :)
